Noemi has been with TxCDC since 2006.  During her 15+ years with the company, Noemi has covered several departments within the organization; from bookkeeping, to servicing, closing, and currently performing the duties of a loan packager/processor while overseeing the closing department.  In her current position as a loan packager she provides assistant and guidance to clients and BDO’s on loan documentation.

Prior to working for TxCDC, Noemi was a bookkeeper for Vista Health Plan, Inc. and Austin Minor Emergency Clinic.  She has completed some Accounting and Finance classes at ACC along with several National Association of Development Company trainings in Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Legal Aspects of 504 Servicing, and Loan Closing.  Noemi has also attended numerous Small Business Administration certified development company training classes.

Noemi is fluent in Spanish, loves dancing with her two left feet and enjoys the outdoors.  She takes advantage of any long weekend to go camping with family and friends and to reconnect with nature.
