  • A commercial loan or seller financing
  • No loans subject to federal guarantee
  • Ability to consolidate multiple loans
  • 90% Maximum Financing of appraised value
  • 100% of Original Loan Proceeds Incurred for Benefit of Small Business
  • Debt incurred not less than 2 years prior to date of 504 application submission
  • Loan must not be more than 30 days past due in past 12 months
  • 15% Injection for Limited or Special Purpose Property
  • 20% Injection for a subsequent Limited or Special Purpose Property
