Miranda Greer joined the TxCDC team in 2017. Native to west Texas she moved to Austin after graduating from Tarleton State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration/ Minor in Management.
Miranda works diligently with our lenders, borrowers and SBA closing attorneys to ensure approved projects are closed and funded in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policies and SBA guidelines. She coordinates and prepares 327 actions needed before closing and assures appraisals and environmental meet SBA guidelines and are submitted and approved. She strives to provide the upmost customer service to help guide our clients through the closing process to ensure no questions are left unanswered. In addition, Miranda acts as the Board of Directors liaison by providing necessary quarterly reports for board meetings and obtaining approvals on all prospective new loans.

Miranda loves to travel the world, so far having been to the Caribbean’s, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Russia with plans to visit Iceland, South Korea and Thailand in the future. She enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and trying new foods, even if they seem weird!
