Elizabeth Band has been with TxCDC since 2006 and during this time has helped hundreds of borrowers during their loan repayment journey with the SBA. As Sr. Loan Servicing Manager, Elizabeth works closely with our borrowers and the Small Business Administration to coordinate servicing requests such as deferments, subordinations and releases to ensure they are timely and accurately processed. She also assists with borrower inquiries for loan payments, balances and prepares and schedules prepayments.

Elizabeth has completed National Association of Development Company training in Portfolio Management, Loan Servicing, Legal Aspects of SBA 504 Servicing, SBA 504 Problem Loans, Workouts and Liquidations. She’s also attended numerous Small Business Administration certified development company training classes.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her dog, Lily, taking road trips and family movie and game nights.
