The Ruiz Companies assists their customers in locating properties for their expansion and in developing Finance options to finance their expansion. The Ruiz Companies have developed projects in the Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley areas

Armando has more than 25 years of successful government and private industry experience in public finance, commercial real estate development and business development. Prior to starting his own company and partnering with TXCDC, Armando worked with the Texas Department of Commerce where his responsibilities included bringing together communities, nonprofit corporations and private and public lenders to help businesses to expand or move to Texas.

Armando highest priority to his clients is providing good solid customer service. The commitment to his clients and his ability to deliver his services in a timely manner has helped him developed repeat business to his clients. Armando enjoys working on projects that will have an impact on the business or the community. The business relationships that Armando has developed are lifetime business relationships that expand as the clients require assistance in Finance or Commercial real estate needs.

Armando is a graduate of St. Edward’s University School of Business and has completed

specialized training in areas of finance, investment, commercial real estate, and community and business development. He also holds a Texas real estate broker license and has earned two national real estate designations—the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). He also is a member of Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, CCIM Central Texas Chapter, Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
