Agatha works closely with clients and the Small Business Administration to assure service requests are timely and accurately handled. She assists with new project submissions and provides clients with guidance on loan package documentation. In servicing loans she supports staff members who monitor compliance of loan agreements and aids clients on payment modifications. She also is responsible for monitoring and reviewing loans to determine risk factors that may require attention to assure timely repayment of loans in the TxCDC portfolio.
Agatha was an administrative assistant with Vista Health Plan Inc. before joining TxCDC in 1998. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a minor in Spanish from St. Edward’s University. She has completed National Association of Development Company training in Portfolio Management, Loan Servicing, Portfolio Analysis, Legal Aspects of SBA 504 Servicing, SBA 504 Loan Packaging, SBA 504 Problem Loans, Workouts and Liquidations. Agatha also has attended numerous Small Business Administration certified development company training classes.
